Hugs Raph - not sure what happened (too much F&V in the gut maybe?) - but hopefully you will have a really good loss next week to compensate

Raph: perhaps you didnt eat often enough. I know that if you dont keep eating often enough, when you do it your body will store this as fat as it doesnt know where the next meal will be. A little survival strategy the body has.

    Perhaps thats a reason?

 I don't think so, I had breakfast, lunch & dinner as usual, plus lots of fruit snacks when I got peckish. I will keep on at it!

I don't make my own bread but sometimes there is no option other than to make an educated guess, and when that happens I try to overestimate rather than underestimate.

.....there are options for white bread and brown bread so I guess those could be used? Home made bread always feels so dense though compared to shop bought. Duh, but then as serendis would remind me, the calculation D=M/V would take care of that :o

Also, what about fresh fruit? 1 medium apple = 102g = 48 cals. You throw half of it in the bin though, so is it really 24 cals? Or do you calorie counters weigh the core after you've eaten the flesh and then deduct the core wt?
