I bought WW baked beans made by Heinz and Heinz reduced salt and sugar bb, they were both exactly the same in cals, sugars, fat etc so remember that Heinz makes WW so it is not always necessary to buy WW porducts if the Heinz ones are reduced as they were yesterday.
I find the yogs, something of nothing, prefer buying 0% greek fat yog and adding a bit of fruit to it.

I didnt realise the beans were exactly the same, thats good to know as I cant always get WW ones. :)

There is however half a point of a difference between a small tin of Heinz spaghetti & WW Spaghetti ;)

    .....ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I wonder...????

Last week I got MrsA to point up a (big) can of spaghetti for me, and it was 8 points. When I looked in the Eat Wisely book, a half size tin was listed as 2 points?!??! (I was gonna leave delly a message about the WW book being wrong, but, you know.... :D ) If there's such a variance between spaghetti tins, could it be that for the purposes of their book, WW use their own brand when quoting point values? That may explain how the book is 'wrong' so often - maybe they quote their own brand, but we don't know that??? Just a thought!

PS a tin of Asda tomatoes is 1.5 points :):D

Mens willy wonkas are ugly. The best part of a man is his stomach below the belly button, the lines guiding you in and all that. Scrummy. Or nice pair of legs, arms and hands. Slightly muscular but not thin. Tall and dark, enigmatic and charming.

Cant live without them though! Much prefer a mans company to a womans, majority of my friends are of the male variety.

    ..................

Thanks Dragon, she's on the mend. She had a scan today, definitely is bloodclots moved up to the lung, but 6 months of medication should sort that out. With regard to her leg, the cast is coming off next Tuesday hopefully, and then the pin taken out of her leg as long as the treatment for the pulmonary embolism is ok.

    Great weight loss, Dragon!!

You know what Ajax, I was just talking to Missy about that very thing this morning! I haven't done any since my first bet :o so it's definitely on my list to get going again. Will need to dig out the paperwork so I don't mess it up. How's it going for you? Wanted to try stoozing/ cashback cards too but just got turned down by Capital One (presumably cos of my job status, or possibly because I have hardly any credit history - they cited this as a possible reason!! Is it worth appealing do you think?)
