Oh yae, people are up for the meet!!:j And a spa too! I was thinking that the cost might stop some people being so keen, that was all? Plenty of time to chat KPC, inbetween treatments
August Bank Hol could be a winner, what do you think? Hmm, so if it didn't quite happen last time, let's make sure it does this time! If you're interested, PM me - are people happy to give their email addresses? - and then we can go from there maybe? Give me chance to clear my inbox first!:D
August sounds good to me, gives me a chance to save up! Will PM ya!grannynise wrote: »Fantastic losses this month from Anic, Eiluj321, Efrieze, gpuk, katiepoppycat, kymrob, retiredlady and starlight who all managed the 5lb challenge. But the SOTM is ...... drum roll ...... Raphael.
SOTW is ...... Kymrob.
All our maintainers have stayed close to their intended weights ... an inspiration to us all.
Our total loss for this month was just over 100lb. I don't think I want to imagine what that would look like  but WOW!! We're good!
Wow! Congrats everyone!
I'm feeling really positive right now, as people are starting to notice, went round to my grans last night & she said how my tummy was looking flatter! Can't wait to see the look on my dads face when I see him in June.
100lbs loss in 1 month! That is amazing, I always like the bit in the weightloss progs when they pile up the packs of butter or lard to show what it looks like!Debt Free as of 17/01/2009 Turtle Power!!

Thanks for the chart again granny :j and well done kymrob SOTW :T and raphael SOTM :T ...Despite all the ups and downs it seems that most of us are back on track :j I think the brighter weather is giving us all a boost
...Beanie Don't let it get to you, just bear with it and you'll soon be back on track too :grouphug: Is your washing machine okay now? Men certainly do have their uses, it's the thought of having to deal with those sorts of things plus spiders  and moths:eek:  , that keep me and MrP together ...
...Well done bindiboo :j and denbo :j ...
...missy It was your post re Sheffield, I'd wrongly assumed you were from there where the folk are known as Dee-das. Sorry, I'm making a habit of reading things wrong, but as there is a ski-slope there I put 2and2 together and came up with 5I've given myself a stern talking too!!!:rotfl: :rotfl: ...
...Have a lovely day peeps...
xxxxI wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latterbut my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

I am glad I eventually tried the hot lemon -not sure if it does anything other than keep me well hydrated but that's good in itself.
According to Gillian Mackeith the hot lemon cleans out the mucus around the intestines, cleansing and clearing all the bad to keep it healthy and less likely to attract fat and store it, I drink it by the bucket load, love it, Gillian says you must drink it 1/2 hour before you have your breakfast in the morning but I often forget, it should never be drunk with food, I forget that too but on the whole I am trying to drink loads of it;)
As for (can't remember the names) being embarrased to post the gains, please don't , we have all had them, we have all been there and we will all support each other and you all the time, please consider us as cyber friends that are here for you not to critisice and certainly not to embarrass you;)
bindi,denbo,jillie, well done xxx0 -
Hi all,
Petrichor thanks for explaining! Never heard of Sheffield people being called Dee-das before! Do you know why that is? I live in Surrey by the way and I go to Bracknell for the slope action
Thank you for doing the chart Grannynise! Congratulations Raphael much deserved slimmer of the month! And Kymrob with the mind-boggling 9lb loss in one week - well done!Petrichor & Victory great result for staying the same over the whole month!!! I was so close! I should have lied and given myself 0.25lb in hand this week!!!
As for what 100lb looks like, it's the equivalent of a whole person! (A small one
)
(Grannynise please could i be removed from the chart, thank you xx)0 -
Thanks Victory,
I am one of the embarassed. Thanks for the support
I do feel a little better today as I know where I went wrong by having a couple of naughty days, I am just saying to myself now, if I hadn't been good for the rest of the time (which I was) my gain would have probably been a lot more.
So head down and being a good girl from now on.
thanks again

Hello all, here's hoping you remember me!!!! Am still struggling with access issues (even after I thought they were sorted) and I've missed all of you beautiful people so much, you wouldn't believe! It's fab to see so many new names too :j
A quick post from me then in case it all goes bottom end up again - I'm now 1/2 lb off from my 2 stone mark, so a little behind where I wanted to be but I'm now in a size smaller jeans which is blimmin' marvellous!!! There looks like there's been some amazing losses going on and congratulations to all. :T
I'd also love to do the meet, sounds like a fabulous idea! Will PM my email address and is best to get hold of me direct through that in case I can't get on to MSE and work has now banned facebook (boo hiss  ) and since I'm not online at home my work email is my only one.......and a spa in August aso sounds like a gorgeous idea too!!!!
Lots of love and hugs to you all, miss you

My sw classes are at 7pm granny so wont make the deadline0 -
