Ajax - sorry I forgot to say, it's a thin book but my ww charge £3.50! I do need the guidence when going out though! don't need the journal I can use a notebook!!

Someone has one on Ebay now for £6.45 Buy It Now! People may as well join, go for a week, buy the stuff cheap as to pay that!!!

.....my wife actually joined WW class for a while last year, and those (and other) booklets were handed out free down the line as you attended more and more classes. Maybe there's a case for keeping your cash in your pocket and seeing how it pans out if you intend to keep going to classes? She only went fow two months so you'll soon find out if it's policy or not.

Very good idea, thanks. I'm in the middle of eating an Aero bar so I reckon chocolate ought to be pretty high up my list :o

I recommend Cadbury's fudge, curly wurly, 2 fingered kit kats and milky way too as a fellow chocolate addict! I figure best to have a bit then keep craving it and finish up eating a giant bar in one sitting!!!

...Vix That info about the bras that you mentoned the other day, I'd be interested in it too, especially as you told us about the variety of bra sizes that you own (I only ever but one particular size), so could you post it here please? I'm sure the boys won't mind and it may help them re Valentine's day.

.....apologies for speaking for Suggs (and bluecorn), but I still will. The boys don't mind talk of bras at all, in fact we insist on it. And let's be honest - we know that you know that we spend all day thinking of what's inside them anyway:o

andie - M&S and fab dont go together unless its food. Love their food!

Theyre bras are Oooookkkkk, everytime i go in (which isnt that often) they have the same bras in and hardly anything new! Although im obviously biased.

That is the next bra i am getting! Its the best! Everyone at work has it reserved. obviously with matching briefs and i might get the suspender belt too. Infact i will.

That is lush - pink is my fave colour (i'm such a typical girl - stuff what the OH may or may not prefer!!!). I need something supportive though until I can drop a couple of sizes. Although they do it in my size in a plunge I think I would be a bit unconfident!

We all see - if that's the case my free one will be going straight on Ebay for suckers who want to pay twice the price for it! I won't be buying anymore guides now!!! To be honest though I eat out quite ofetn and never know what to have when on diet so it should hopefully be worth the money over the coming weeks!

Welcome cazdevil, Healthy eating and exercise is also very MSE.

I have been chopping up fruit and vegetables into handy bite sized bits so that I have something to snack on as yesterday all I could find were cashew nuts. I tried not to eat the whole bag.

....sounds very sensible. I'd advise making a list of your vices too, along with your favourite foods. Plans of attack can vary widely dependant just on the types of food/ drink you like.

How long you got left in your rugby life Suggs?

As long as I can, ajax, but I guess 5 more years, would be good, been playing since I was 11.

Andie, I have been seeing a dietican for two years now. I appreciate my body fat may not be too high, but I still see the flabby bits. Even I have boobs and bingo flaps, and as for my inner thighs

I may be doing them a disservice, maybe your book is more comprehensive than the one she brought back, which was very thin, maybe only 10 or 12 pages. There's no way they could charge £3.50 for it, so I'm really doubting that it's the same thing. Wish delly was here, she'd know :( I'll dig it out tonight and we can compare

I remember 'them' saying Lennox Lewis was clinically obese when you put his stats on a BMI chart. Didn't say it to his blimmin' face though, did they? They weren't that daft.

.... teachers aren't allowed to use red pens around here mate :) Seriously! The use of a red pen for correction scars a kid for life apparently, turning them instantly into maniacal killers due to the negativity being pumped through the synapses. Teachers have to use green pens these days.

And (if it's ok to begin a sentence with a co-ordinating conjunction... Granny?) I won't correct your 'been' to 'being' :D
