Scratch that Delly, I think it's a fantastic idea!! I've ordered a yoda DVD of Amazon, and researched meditation online last night in work (it was so very quiet!)
Aparently the two go very well together.
    !

Yoda or Yoga? Mind you I think both are apt!

Well here we are peeps .... the first February chart. Efrieze is SOTW - 5lbs is 5lbs Efrieze, for all I know you lost it all in the last week --- or were you weighing yourself on upside down scales over there? Ajax, Retiredlady and Likklegibbon tie for the second place. Fantastic results in maintaining on the maintainers bench too.

Big well done to everyone who posted ....

Efrieze - many congrats for your super duper loss x

well done to all losers and maintainers, I am really hoping my loss this week is a good one.

The insurance says they will start getting the suppliers to phone me and arrange replacing my stolen goods, so fingers crossed it will start being sorted soon.

have a good evening all xx

Thanks that table must have taken a mamouth effort to sort out!!

I had a couple of pancakes today to make up for not having any yesterday. But not with sugar. But I did eat three squares of chocolate.

I am feeling quite pround of myself though, I went shopping for the week and spent £35 less than last week, thanks to deals, value stuff and looking at what I had in the freezer already...:money:
I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off :o

Sorry i havent weighed in! Its been really busy today and ive been waiting for the man to fix my car door and he has just gone! So i can shut my door now, and its going in on saturday to be fully done. Horar all round.

Bails: vix nicks, that is sensational! Im sure i'll draw in the right type of customer with that name :p Victoria's nickers sounds alot more classier i feel. Perhaps we can partnership and call the secondary stores Bails Breifs!

Im off now! going to make pancakes a day late. see you all soon x

Sorry dragon --- got a bit trigger happy with the hiding button. You're still there really and I'll unhide you straight away. :o:o:o

If I make fewer than 4 mistakes this week I will have at least improved ... might even get good at this one day.
Here is your bit of the chart ... please let me know if there's anything else wrong with it.
