SP, the pension scheme is not that important. You could join your next place and get one anyone. You are young enough to compensate on a move if you miss some payments.
If you enjoy your job, why be so down about it? Yes, you want to achieve things so work on the future but at least enjoy your job and go home knowing that you are doing something you like.
Many people hate their jobs but can't find anything.
Your degree counts for a level of knowledge unless it relevant to a profession, so get the experience for the CV.
You can develop yourself and suggest development opportunities in your own company.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0 -

What do you see is the job of a Facilities Manager exactly?
Job Titles mean so little, you can never tell what these people do.0 -

i can't believe you said 'only'!!!
and you're no-where near that yet.
who said he already does the job? (do you always twist things to fit your warped way of thinking?)
he convinced us that with training he'd be up to the job, so we're taking the chance with him. he's never done anything like it before.
I don't think 25k is much compared to people who work in IT or business.
What did he do before then?:beer:0 -

Anyway Phil, if you can stop rolling about on the floor you could try volunteering at your local Citizens Advice Bureau. I do admin there, so I'm getting office experience, and it's great. You could also ask their advisors about your CV, how to get jobs/interviews etc.Murphy's No More Pies Club #209

I can't believe you're worrying about a pension. When I was your age I didn't know what one was.
Now I am late 40s I've still not got a pension at all. Nothing. Nada. Zilch.
It's not THAT important to you today.0
