Michelle.. good to hear you aren't erecting those units yourself! I have decided to do 5 things at a time and get as much listed as possible.. it just takes so long and is so boring! BUT the photo's are done so that's one good thing.

I also have stuff to list for the tutor at college.. sample garmetns she made for a friends shop.. they are lovely.. and I kept 1 thing but the others are going.. she wants 10% of what they sell for.. so if they go for 99p.. she'll get the 10p! lol..

*must MOOOVE*.. will someone please switch off my pc and kick me off the chair?

OOh likklegibbon your a temptress. i'm trying to lose the Christmas bulge but well if your offering a biscuit with my tea I can't really say 'NO' it would be terribly rude!

pigpen... Don't just think of the moneybut also what you could do with it! it may help motivate youinto listing one or two more bits that you will never have to move, clean or dust again if they sell!

AnW'sMum, you have my sympathies. Those forms could be rewritten in chinese by an elephant and still be easier to work through than the current format. Just think what a load off your mind it will be when its done.

lil_me - your neighbours sound like right so and so's. I wonder if their purposefully blocking you in time and time again could be considered harassment? The NFH website may e able to offer constructive advice?

Dustykitten you are fortunate to get out in the garden today. Mine is decidedly wet and it hasn't stopped raining since I got up. I always feel better when I can spend some time outdoors.... it means I can avoid the tip inside... lol...

LG, I'm thinking of you and your family and wishing you well :grouphug:

I have been busy today. I started the day by tackling the ironing mountain. I got everything washed and dried yesterday so this is now officially 'up to date' at least it is until this evening..... My iron had been really 'gungy' and sticking but I got some hot iron cleaner from lakeland and it actually works, I highly recommend it to anyone who is struggling with a stick soleplate.

I've decided to tackle one room at a time and so today I've gutted the utility room. I have cleaned inside and out of all the cupboards and washed the window, sill, worktops and floor.
I made the following 'big changes' that I hope will help me maintain my new clean and streamlined look:
I picked up loads of storage boxes when I did the grocery shopping this morning and have since sorted through all my craft things and put them into matching labled boxes. These are now on top of the wall units in the utility room where they are easily accessable but out of the way - 12 boxes in all so this feels like an achievement and it has freed up a kitchen worktop that was buried in clutter.

I also bought a couple of swing top bins which I have used to store my chicken pellets and dried dog food. They take the same amount of space as the sacks but look a lot tidier and won't spill.

I'm just going to S&S the kitchen and bathroom and then put my feet up for ten!

Afternoon all. I started this morning but got interrupted and just got back!

Ssshhh, don't tell anyone but I think it's stopped raining. Still grey and windy though.

Two loads of washing done and draped round indoors, up to date with the washing again.

Roast dinner done and washed up and cleared away. Just made a cup of tea.

    Hope everyone's OK.
