Sorted clothes - one bag for charity. How new do you think the stuff to ebay should be - I have lots of lets say 'vintage' boden/mexx/wallis - what do you think?

If it is vintage (ie over 5 years old) get it listed and make sure it says 'vintage retro' in the title!
Pigpen your nails are very nice and sparkly, but how do you manage to clean with them?!

    I use a cloth.. or a sponge!! :p:p

I now have 40 minutes before I have to go pick up the monsters.. hubby has had to take a dry set of clothes to DS3 who has been puddle splashing and is sopping wet.. git!!

    Catalogue returns gone.. :D

ebay pics finished.. just need a spare 4 days to get them listed now!

going to S&S the bathrooms and I am done for the day..

Anyone got the kettle on? it always seems to be me making the tea in here

    Hello everyone!

Not much done here - yet again - today!

LO was up at 5 so did all my dailies early, then he whinged for an hour so I was glad I had got straight. Took him to playgroup which helped him (and me to get out of the house!), had lunch, cleaned up after it and now catching up on here whilst he naps.

Decided to alternate the up and downstairs bathrooms so this week it the downstairs and its only a loo so will do that when OH gets hom later.

No tea to make either tonight as DD's are at their dads and me & OH are going out for a meal as a late birthday treat later (saved up £30 in pigsback vouchers!) so just LO to feed, bath and get to bed before my mum comes o babysit!
  • Anyone fancy another HHC at 2?

Its taken me the last half hour just to sort out/fling in the bathroom cabinets - I don't think I'll need to buy shower gel or face wash for at least six months with the stockpile I've got. And why I've got an enormous bag of condoms in the cubbie when we rarely use them is anyone's guess other than I can't resist a freebie (does an apple or blueberry condom count towards your 5-a-day? :p ).

All the samples and hotel type gibble swiped from hotel bathrooms has now been relocated into a big jar in the guestroom.

And pigpen I didn't forget my HHE - went and sweated my bum off on my cross trainer in the garage - I knew having a sort out in there was a good idea - now I can get to it without getting a hernia or things falling on me - result!
    I'd rather be watching CSI!

raph I think Danni is 21, I might be wrong, so don't think you're the youngest.

Well I got hobble to the dentists, nearly was late as I got carried away doing the bathroom :o he's told his boss he's going in tomorrow so fingers crossed he's ok to do that. We do have CCs we can use if we NEED to, but I don't want to use them. Paid what I needed to in the bank. Went to £1 shop for a few things inc new icepacks for DP and ibrufen supplies, oh and a raspberry plant (DS2s idea) . DS2 I feel guilty about, he's been moaning saying his neck hurts, I thought he was making excuses to get out of football, nope his tonsils are HUGE! Oh well at least I kept him off today...

Ellidee thanks for the info, it is scary, I do use cash for nearly everything which drives my Mam mad as she hates going shopping with me and that we usually just leave money all over the house :o she keeps telling me to put DPs work jar in the cupboard instead of on the window ledge, sometimes has over a grand in there.

Swimming tonight, unsure if I should let DS2 go yet, must find all of the goggles etc, I think I remember posting on here that I'd put them in a box, so will look there in a mo. Done most of the dailies, inc grooming Megan and vacuuming through, I filled the dyson with hair again, madness when I am doing this twice a day. Kitchen needs sorting/tidying/cleaning so will do that after I find the swimming stuff. I'm absolutely shattered again for some reason, so may end up needing a nap again.

Suppose I best join this HHC!
One day I might be more organised...........

I do the pc desk with the livingroom, so always do the cloakroom and bathroom together. I think I broke my own record today, and had done both by 10.20am. Pity I then spoilt it by sitting at the computer with coffee, and I'm still here, less ten minutes running DS1 into school for the afternoon, and another ten minutes having lunch... I'm tired though, after sewing curtains until too late, so that I could put them up before we went to bed. They look good, but they seem to smell odd! I had the windows open until it started blowing a gale and tipping it down with rain. I think I'll pop back to the shop, and ask if the material has any kind of dressing on it that would cause it. I don't want to wash and shrink them when they've been up less than 24 hours!

Pink Fairy - Well done to your OH! Enjoy the evening.
poohbear - I don't think you're the oldest! I was 50 last May, although I don't feel any particular age!! My photo always gives me a bit of a shock as I don't think I look like that either...I am trying to talk my hairdresser into putting in candles, as those overhead spotlights really aren't very flattering...;)
I think sexymouse is one of the twentysomething flyladies.

    Must go do some paperwork...
