Have got a banana and chocolate loaf in the BM as we speak so cake anyone later? Not for you though likklegibbon:p . Will freeze half in the hopes that if there is only a bit there I will not scoff it - but it does have bananas in;)
. Apples stewing away got some more bananas to use up so may make a banana cobbler too - goss before mse I would have just thrown them in the bin:money: .
Thanks for those recommendations will investigate via amazon later pigpen:D . No naked exercise for me either, if I caught a glipse of my in the mirror I would either be sick or :rotfl: , plus as we like in bungalow cul-de-sac the average chaps age around here is 70 and it would be unfair to inflict such suffering on them.
Littley has pulled Shhh Dont wake dad off so off for game of that then get her lunch and to preschool.0 -

Now I know what HHE is. I didn't want to ask and make myself look silly. I do 2 mins on mini trampoline and 1 minute on exercise bike, 5 minutes on ball and a walk across the field with the dog if I feel up to it. Not a lot but every little helps. Feel yuk today so will just do core exercises on the ball. Can mine be 10ME please?
Last night when I wrote about writing things on my hand to try to remember things I was going to say I think I might be nearly the oldest here, 48 and 49 in a few days!
Good news about invigilating pay Dustykitten , I might try that when I have more energy, still miss not being in school.
pigpen I love your nails
likklegibbon I am on Lose weight 17 thread on here and have lost a stone without having to spend any money. Very MSE! Just two stone to go. I have updated my list and I have caught up to wed just the floordrobe to clear and then I can get onto todays list.
I am feeling quite chuffed with myself as I have finally tracked down our dentist - he left one practice to go private at another but the old surgery wouldn't tell us where, I am prepared to pay as I really liked him and I am a bit fussy about who looks at my teeth, anyway finally managed to track him down and we have a family appointment for when the kids are off in Feb need too look into dental cover so will add that to the list to do.
Lunch now but will be back later HHC 1 - 1.30 anyone?0 -
I'm in for a 1pm HHC.. I'll easily get the bathrooms finished in that time.. only loo's sinks and floors to slop over!

lil_me your post about your dh credit card bill has just reminded me of something my dh mentioned the other day. He works for a bank and apparently there is a petrol station ,down south I think, where one of the staff had been taking extra impressions of cards and then either using the info himself or selling it on. So a lot of people have become victims of fraudulent transactions and their cards have had to be cancelled They will get the money back of course. BEWARE . Sometimes I think you can't go wrong with good old cash.Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task. William James0

Hiya
Sorry i've not read all the thread but did see Lilo's post - hugs to you lilo and hugs to your OH for rearranging his day...i'll keep sending positive thoughts.
I'm not doing the list today. I've told DH that he's doing the bathroom, the toilet and the study. I feel so much better today. Went to bed at 830 last night and didn't get up till 730 so must have needed some kip!
I've had a client cancel at the last minute today which was quite good as i'd not allowed anytime for lunch so now I can eat. She's booked in for next week again so i'm not losing anything.
Right, to show what a kind wife I am I'll go and slosh some bleach in the loos to make OHs job easier. We'll all having our hair cut this afternoon if the hairdresser turns up but she's been on holiday for five weeks and i've not heard from her so who knows! She's also my next client so if she hasn't got home i've a free afternoon.
Lil_me - hope your DPs ankle gets better quickly. Hugs to you both.
Love the nails pigpen.
Hugs to everyone else, sorry, i've not read anymore xxJanuary budget

I'm using mine as a chair for the pc. It makes you sit up straighter and makes your back work. It is also fun to bounce as you type. I stretch my back out by laying back over the ball - feet wedges against a wall to limit accidents. You can also sit on it and do arm weights or upper body twists. You can lay on the floor with your feet on the ball and lift your bottom off the floor - loads of choices.
Sorted clothes - one bag for charity. How new do you think the stuff to ebay should be - I have lots of lets say 'vintage' boden/mexx/wallis - what do you think?
Right I need my lunch.
Trying to sort out the kids old teeth - who was doing that witchypoo? But lots seem to be missing and I can't really tell who's is who.
Back to the bedroom - draws after lunch. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0
