Medion 7in Portable dvd player £59.99

I managed to get one yesterday in Glasgow, thanks.

It can read picture CD's but can't load any dvd's. I tries various ones but no luck. It stays on "loading" for about two minutes then comes up with "No DVD". Has anyone had similar problems and can help resolve ?

Look inside there is a clear plastic carrying feature that needs to be removed about half the size of a business card

I bought one at kwik save and told 2 mates who did the same, belle vale shopping centre(merseyside).bought one today from kwik save belle vale and 2 mates got one from clock face still had 6 in. Tried mine this evening and am pleased as punch. Superb tip many thanks.

Dont know if this is a bargain or not but i think it is..
Went in to sumerfields today and they had them at a special price of £59.99.
I bought one and i think its great .It plays most things i have thrown at it inc.Mpg movies vcd's mp3's dvd's [copies to]and i just found a multiregion hack for it allso.Just did a quick search for the same thing and can only find it in Toy'sRus for £119.99..

Managed to pick up one tonite from my local Somerfield in Swansea. Was listed at 99.99, I asked if that was the real price!!! the lady came back and said it was 59.99.

It's got everything for playing on the move in the car or you can also use it as a dvd player to link it up to a full size telly, great for when we go on holiday later this year!!!
Quick question to Gold1e, you said you found a multi region hack for it. Can you tell me what the hack is or where you found it as a couple of DVDs we bought from the states won't play on it. I would reallly appreciate the help and this would make it even more of a bargain at £60!!!!

use the remote control to put it in ..


• Power On with no DVD in tray
• Press Setup and go to preference screen
• Key in 1, 3, 7, 9
• Press down Arrow key until you get to 0
• Press Setup

Just went on the Somerfiled website to pick my nearest shop, phoned up and found out it was a Kwiksave. They are doing the same offer. Just got mine from Kwiksave, Yardley Wood, Birmingham. They have three more left in stock.

I've managed to pick-up 2 from Somerfield in Aycliffe Co Durham.
Both great, kids love them. Can't wait to go to France.
