The above item on Ebay looks good, but be aware that shipping is from China, and therefore you may incur import duties

With the car kit does it just sit over the back of one seat, the image from Toys R Us looks like it does.

I've been looking at some that come with a sling which goes over the back of the two seats and the player then sits in the middle of the car. With the way my two kids argue I couldn't have it any nearer one than the other!

Does it have two earphone sockets as well?

If not does anyone know of a good player that does, preferably 8"?

    Cheers
  • also in kwik save as they are being rebranded as somerfield.
i'm living in a parallel universe
  • Does anyone know of a store in the Glasgow area that's actually got these in stock?
  • I've just phoned Somerfield Head Office about availability and was told that there were about six units in the whole country!

Yes Wheelie it just sits over one headrest..
It only has one headphone socket but you can get headphone splitters very cheap so you can use two pair..
    These are £3.99 from maplin

Lots of places do a twin out adaptor for next to nowt.

Like this one for for 94p +VAT I actually have one of those, very good length of cables and is very good all round.

I think Maplins do a little box type twin stereo coupler for about £1.50 or so, doesn't seem to be listed on't website now. Probably find someone down the local market selling them though.

    EDIT:
Oops, sorry Gold1e cross-posted. That's what ya get for taking a phonecall in the middle of composing.
    Huh? Composing!!!
Does that rank me alongside Beethoven? :)
The bankers stole my pension (and everyone else's). It should have earned a lot of money, but they took their bonus pot first.
