For anyone who cant get this or only wanted it for the car.Ebuyer are doing a twin screen one for £124.99 inc VAT and it looks very nice and i done a few searches for the same thing comes back at £250 ..

For those lucky enough to get hold of one and if you wish to unlock it from region 2 to whatever region/region free, the code that worked on mine is as follows:

Multi-Region:
• Power On with no DVD in tray
• Press Setup and go to preference screen
• Key in 1, 3, 7, 9
• Press down Arrow key until you get to 0
• Press Setup

Got mine today from their Boston store. When I phoned up, they had them in stock £89.99 but were not aware that the price had been reduced. I asked them to check and put it through the till and it came up £59.99, so requested they reserve me one. Funny old thing, by the time I got there, none left on the shelf.

I've bought a few MEDION products before, and generally they are great value, but if anything goes wrong their customer service is terrible. Ages on hold, engineers who do not know the products nor have manuals for them, and who do not ring back when they say they will. I've been tempted by their bargains a few times since, (ALDI sell their products occassionally) but cannot face the hassle of dealing with faults.

Strange, i phoned up the Boston store yesterday and they said they had one left. Asked them to reserve it and i picked it up later the same day. They must have had a delivery or found some more then.
