Just incase you need to put this in writing to the company:
No, i have not spoken to them. The first one I had was broken. They sent a man out who agreed it was broken, and said the shop would get back to me. They didn't, so i went to them to get my money back, and the man who came out must have gone back and ordered a new one, but the shop haven't told anyone. I dont want another one, but they still sent it. This what i think any way.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

That is a very good question.
I bet she replies "cos they gave it to me - not my mistake!!!" or something along those lines!!!Friends are angels who lift us to our feet when our wings have trouble remembering how to fly.0 -
The op-er is just a bit confused as to where he stands here, I think an awful lot of people are being really quick to jump down his/her throat.
The main question of worry for him/her seemed to be the fact that while the sofa was in the house/flat it has been used and s/he is concerned about getting into trouble over the usage.
A lot of other posts have seen people getting told that if it was delivered to them without them ordering it then they can keep it, I think someone mentioned it one this- people come here to find out where they stand, and are getting confused and bullied here as well as by the companies they come to escape- I personally don't think that this is the point of the board.
Jackie finds him/herself in a confusing situation and doesn't know where to stand, lets just try and hjelp figure it out together. :beer:0
