Sorry, I don't get what your asking for! Your english isn't too coherent!
Are you saying they delivered a sofa to you by mistake, they've only just got in touch with you to collect it, and you want to keep it and not pay for it?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
well they made the mistake i was getin a new sofa from another shop but when this 1 turned up i just used it thay can have it back just dont want to get in trouble over it. it was not my mistake0

They made the mistake, and you decided to pull a fast one ...
Phone them, and arrange collection. I really don't see why you needed to ask the question in the first place. Surely it is just common sense?Gone ... or have I?0 -
They may have made a mistake, but you can't keep it!! If you want it, negotiate with them and pay for it!
Some poor sod probably paid for that and has spent forever trying to get their money back or find out where it got delivered to!!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

justbeen on the dti.gov.uk site dont understand it can i keepit or not and i did not ask for another sofer just my money back and i got that back0

No, you cannot keep it (unless you want to pay for it). Do you have no morals?
Keeping it would indirectly be theft!
dmg24 is spot on: NO YOU CANNOT KEEP IT!
By all means tell them to take you to court, but you'll not only have to give the sofa back, you'll lose the court case and have to pay costs!!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

Urm what a lovely rule to live by!!!!
Someone was probably expecting that sofa and have spent months trying to get a refund/replacement because of your dishonesty.
You have two options:
1) Give it back
2) Keep it and pay for it
Also lol @ it has only been sat on about 20 times - i mean who counts how many times they sit on a sofa??? (lol that isn't even theirs!)Friends are angels who lift us to our feet when our wings have trouble remembering how to fly.0
