if you have three or more children under 19 in your house you can claim a reduction on your water bill
its called
WATERSURE SCHEME
but i think this may only be metered water but phone your water provider

Most water companies have this I think you have to be on a low income and or benefits of some kind

you need a copy of
notice of entitlement to child benefit (obviously for 3 or more children) AND

a copy of entitlement of ONE OF THE FOLLOWING

income support
income based job seekers allowance
housing benefit
council tax benefit
pension credit
working tax credit
CHILD TAX CREDIT (other than just the family element)
