Manipulating the American Airlines booking computer

Yes Murph it would work but it is a total of 19 hours and the DFW flight is so far inland. I usually fly 0650am Ncl to LHR then the 0955am LHR to Miami then the puddle jumper to Fort Myers - I even tried the multicity and put in the Ncl to LHR flight first before the rest of them - came back as no flights matching - so I guess it must be down to the BA changearound. Phew! It's always such a game getting to the States from here now. The drive back from either Man or Gla or Edi is such a drag after those flights! Guess it will have to be the LHR to RSW route and booking the BA flights separately.
When I have positive dates in mind I will ring AA to see if they still partner share with BA and ask why it is not coming up on their website - the BA site is showing availability on that flight - it could just be that on that particular day the number of code share seats are all taken. I have tried other dates with the same outcome - no 0650am from Ncl.
Ta very much for the help.

just to side track, there are some great flights coming out of AA at the moment. MAN-LAS £360 return in MAY!!The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0

Thats a real price, isn't it ? where did you find it ?
I looked at the most recent offers this morning and spotted that they had extended the 'buy' date to 20th Feb and that the 'fly date' was now 1at April - 30th June, but I missed the £360 fare.
Up until Monday, it was (IIRC) £125 cheaper to fly on the 30th April than the 1st May (& the rest of May)crackers, but who cares as long as we get the fares that we like !:D

out April 30 Flight 55 MAN to ORD, Flight 1509 ORD to LAS
return May7th. Flight 538 LAS to ORD Flight 54 ORD to MAN.
TOTAL inc. all fees £348
Make sure you use the price and schedule view as it lets you access economy super saver fares. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. Thats the one, but did you notice what happens to the fare from 1st May onwards :eek:
I tried to price one of the AA offer flights, but all the ones that came up were scarily expensive, plus they were routing you via BA/AA - which made me wonder if the AA computer was taking a breather :rotfl:0 -
Just to let u know - have reserved non stop flights (worked out around £450 each), and JetBlue have ok fares from FLL/JFK. It works out around £350 less to do it this way than do the whole lot on the AA website. Thanks for all your research, very time consuming!!0

For some reason, that leg from MIA to JFK was really expensive on AA !0 -
Murphy,
Could you help. Have registered with AA. I am trying to do a reservation to get the Mastercard discount, but it keeps saying it cannot get my telephone number. It keeps coming up with a 1 in the first box and then has a drop down with loads of numbers in it. What is the correct code please. I am trying to put my home telephone number in.
Regards

The code is '44'0 -
Oh, thanks for that. Was trying all sorts of combinations for ages. Do I remove the first 0 of my area code too, as with calls to Europe? There are three ways to get something done; do it yourself, hire someone or forbid your kids to do it.0
