Thats the thing, I just took it that they were 'adults only', I'd never had cause to check up on it. Cheers duchy, if the worst comes to the worst, we now have an option B (the cost is irrelevant).:beer:
BTW, the childrens play area in the public area is excellant, just a pity that its so hidden away and poorly signposted.

Ijust phoned AA and they said the Mastercard offer isn't valid any more..
Im going for the Platinum challenge in August, how does this affect our online booking? Can we still book the cheapest flights or do we have to book a certain class?? Going Dublin - San Fran and Vegas - Dublin.
Im a bit baffled by all this...

If you are doing the challenge you need to earn 10 thousand points. (not miles) to qualify for Platinum.
Some flights earn 1 point per mile-which would qualify you for Platinum with the last flight of your trip-but some only earn at .5 point per mile-in which case you won't qualify -so take a look at your flights and see which class they book into. The class is a letter and is the first letter of your fare basis.
N and Q are bad news-W or V are good news.
With me so far ? If you are having problems finding the code let me know and I'll try and duplicate your booking and see what it is.
As for the promotion-ask again as you are bound to get adifferent person. It helps if you can give them the right code. I got the discount just last night so it should still be available but as I said before it does seem to depend if you get a new person or not.

I would try them again, you may get a different story from a different agent.

I have the web-page printed off with the T&C's if that helps. I could email it to you.

Oh I agree completely -for the sanity factor of not camping out in the terminal for seven hours with tired kids-it's worth every penny. You're going on holiday not on an endurance mission. I actually think it's pretty good value
The cheapest option is NOT always the best value and to me this would be the best value too. As you say we work all year to afford a good holiday-not worth getting it off to a bad start for the sake of less than forty quid.

The person i spoke to appeared to be new and having trouble so i didn't want to go into all my detailed questions as she was confusing herself and me, ill try them again! They should be able to go through all the options with me so i don't have to bother you lot again! :rotfl:

Feel free to bother-I'm an ex-travel agent so quite used to it. No bother at all and I'm not working til 4pm today so anything that distracts me from housework is appreciated ! !
