    Afternoon all.

After flapping yesterday about running out of repeat prescription I got it this morning no problem.............not much else done so far though due to visit from one of the boys I used to care for who's in a lot of trouble and needed to 'off load' to someone....................fair wore me out now so can't see much getting done this afternoon, despite my plans to tidy up and sort out our bedroom.............oh well, least I got hyacinths put in their little glass pots, shut in the cupboard till they shoot (actually one of the bulbs is already shooting so not sure what to do with it, leave it in the dark of the cupboard or pop it on the window sill.
Might get around to sorting out the herb trough I had bought me............anything that might stop my head spinning round from this young lad and all his upset.
Oh dear.............why is life so cruel sometimes ?
Must try and be positive and remember I can't always have te right answers and solutions.

Hugs to all those not feeling too well and hope the rest have a good day:j

Well, I've done half the ironing (all the easy stuff!). Not even bothered to get dressed yet :embarrased:
Had some good news earlier - the people who OH work for have been completely messing him around with his pay, putting it off and putting it off. Well, they finally got their bums into gear and he WILL be paid on the 11th, so we will be able to pay the council tax and the electric bill on time :j
Also, when OH moved out of his Ex's house, he left all his tools there , and was going to go and pick them up at some point - well, her shed fell down (HA!), so she has dropped all his tools at his friends house - so he never needs to see her again :D

Speaking of electric, OH is about to switch the power off to do something with the outside light so I best get going.
We must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret and disappointment

    Catowen, great news.
Kunekune, that sounds like it could be answer to your future problems.
Mary43, it's a good job these kids have got you to keep an eye out for them and to be a listener/helper when times get tough.

I must stop speed reading these posts, when reading Kunekune's original post...I read that she, had had tummy trouble and the after school lady had had to sort out her trousers. (sorry)

    Good Afternoon All

    Catowen - great news!!!
Anniebooklover - I will ask OH which aisle he got his personality from! However, it didnt last long, he's back to his grumpy usual self! Can men suffer PMT?

Im back from work, feeling quite sick. we've got the decoraters in, and smelling paint fumes for 4 hours is no fun!

Bangers, mash & veg for dinner later.
    Off to get changed.
    Love Emma xxx

We had takeaway last night, an Indian, so we had leftovers for lunch, Going to have salmon Kale + squash for dinner.

Toe has been OK so far. I had a shower, sort-of, today with DH help, he drove me nuts, never doing that again.

Also ended up cooking the pancakes this AM as OH was taking forever then had to go to a phone conference before he was done.

Hope everyone's day has been OK.
