I got survey from Toluna yesterday, and as soon as I opened the link it said that they had enough respondents already, this was only literally a minute or two after I received it. Grr!!!
same thing happened to me a couple days ago. it was minutes after i received the email.

another locked me out for no reason!

Anyone reading this thread will be pleased to know that eventually toluna refunded my points to my account, after a few confused emails. My faith is restored..... :j
Wahoo! :j I'm very glad to hear that.

for thos of you who still use this site i would advise keeping copies of the email that you get sent by them for the surveys that you sucessfully complete.

    i have noticed that

    1) they dont apply the points even after 4 weeks after the surevey has closed
    2) they dont apply the correct amount of points to your account - for instance a survey os 1800 points but instead only 500 is applied

i know alot of people got fed up with the delays in the vouchers but they have now got sainsburys vouchers - although i applied for some and they never turned up -

I recently got a survey added under INCOMPLETE, and only got credited 500 points- really annoying!

I've been with ToLuna for quite a few years and never really had any problems with them. I have always just ordered HMV vouchers from them and had to wait a couple of weeks to get them but they have always turned up. Mind you the last one I ordered gave me a bit of a surprise - I ordered 1 and ended up with 2 codes instead. £24 to spend at HMV so as you can imagine I spent them pretty quickly. :j

Apologies if this is already posted...but just to let everyone know that Toluna have now upped the points needed for Sainsbury's and Amazon vouchers to 60000!!!! This apparently was decided on 19.5.08...it took me long enough to get 30000 points for a Sainsbury's voucher and I don't even know if my £5 voucher is in the post or has been held back and they're crediting me with the points I worked so flippin' hard for...I can't seem to find a *contact us* link on their site to ask them...does anyone have an idea where it might be?? Anyhoo..whatever happens...bye bye Toluna...I'm outta there...

edited to add that: it's not clear from what they say in their *news* section whether they are scrapping the £5 altogether and not using any spares they might have up or even whether those people who requested a voucher before 19.5.08 will get them...it would seem that the 60000 points will get you a £10 voucher to avoid any preferential treatment of their partners...

i would agree with you, as i'm sure i've got missed points but the amount i earn in such a short time makes it worth it, i've just had my third £12 HMV voucher this year

sometimes i'll have to wait the month for a voucher but sometimes the turn around is a few days.

i'm quite happy with them, they are the best 'voucher' site i'm signed up for (and i'm signed up to pretty much everything)
