I had quite an interesting survey recently on Toluna from Keynote.
I had to install an active x control and assess the Tesco website.

  • Anyone reading this thread will be pleased to know that eventually toluna refunded my points to my account, after a few confused emails. My faith is restored..... :j
  • I have been with Toluna (Test and Vote) for quite a few years now and have never had any of the problems that I am reading. Saying that I have in the past unsubscribed from other survey sites for the exact reasons that you are all mentioning. It's not fair for us to waste our time on surveys only to be screened out half way through, or not be paid the stated amount of points.

Anybody tried to register for testing new products today.
It keeps coming up with error and won't let me get through to the section where it asks those two questions if you have seen the product before or tested it before.

    Is it just me.
I can't even do the voting properly as it comes up with error.

I've been with them about 8 months, and at the end of december claimed 2x HMV vouchers. The site said estimated delivery date of 12/02/08 but I still dont have them :(
  • What does everyone else put on the answers to the questions on testing products? I answer all sorts of ways, but wasnt sure if they were looking for a certain answer? Can anyone help lilo

I was thinking exactly the same thing Lilo.

I got credited for my previous surveys yesterday.

I asked for mine on 8 Jan and got them on 31 Jan.

If I was you I would get in touch with them and remind them, they can be a bit slow and need a kick up the bum.
