i've had enough of this site now, how do i unsubscribe
If you can manage to log in then go to their FAQ and it should say there. I've finally managed to get onto their site today and have ordered 3 HMV e-vouchers. When they come I'm unsubscribing as well. I do these surveys on and off but logged in today and found they had taken about 23000 points off me for no apparent reason.
Just seen that points have to be used within 2 years which is why they have been deducted from my account, boogers, on a lighter note i've just been accepted as a textpert, only 2% get through you say
congratulations! whats it like working as a textpert? i was accepted a few months back too but i didnt go through with the application coz i couldnt be bothered with all the 'self-employed' business forms. how lazy am i? :rolleyes: maybe i should have just agreed to it, i need a job.'Win £2008 in 2008 members club' number 152! Ive had to ask them about my missing sainsburies voucher, this is the reply i got;
First and foremost I would like to apologise for the delay in getting your Sainsbury’s voucher code to you. It should not take more than 4 weeks for you to receive it. Unfortunately we have experienced a delay with our last order. We hope to have the vouchers very shortly and they will then be sent out to our members. I sincerely apologise for the delay.
We understand that our members work very hard for their points and we are of course working prevent such delays in the future. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
Once again, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,

I think they've got a lot better recently. they now sometimes give u 500 points if you dont qualify for the full survey, which they never used to do.0

i orded mine in october and despite them sayong that they were sent to me at the begining of december i have still not received them0 -
I would normally complain about them as well but, compared to Ciao, they're fantastic! Did a "5 minute survey" (quickly) for Ciao earlier ... it took 30 minutes and the reward was a stupendous 17p
Why did I start it or keep going? Had a few minutes to spare and once I'd been going for 10/15 minutes, kept thinking it couldn't last much longer.
Time to unsubscribe I think ...Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0 -
I don't like Ciao either, their average pay is 10p per 10 minute survey, surely 60p and hour is below the minimum wage?
I joined Toluna yesterday and liked it but after reading this i'm having second thoughts...
I'm quite new to this survey world so if anyone can recommend the best group - i.e the one that pays the most - let me know!
Cheers:beer:0 -

Best survey sites in my opinion are:
Valued Opinions - www.valuedopinions.co.uk
Lightspeed - uk.lightspeedpanel.com
IAP - www.iap-interactive.com
One Poll - www.onepoll.co.uk
Juicy Brains - www.juicybrainspanel.co.uk
Hope that helps!0 -
Just ordered my first Sainsbury's voucher yesterday, but from the comments on here I won't be expecting it in a hurry!0
