  • I got survey from Toluna yesterday, and as soon as I opened the link it said that they had enough respondents already, this was only literally a minute or two after I received it. Grr!!!

It's here. It took me ages to find as it was hiding on the faq page at the very bottom.

Thanks! They don't make it easy for you do they! I sent an e-mail reply to a survey complaining about where my voucher is last week, but got nothing back. which is typical of them really... hopefully I might get a result from this! :D

Oh and to make matters worse I had to send them a long e-mail stating all of the surveys that I had not been credited for but kept a record of in order for me to achieve this voucher that hasn't yet appeared....

They didn't reply to my e-mail then either, they just credited the points and that was that.

So watch out cos they dont always pay out the points and if you dont notice then you are wasting your time, cos the total amount of uncredited points for me was 18,000 over a 6 month period so they really are just trying to cheat people out of their time and hope you don't notice, and then don't even have the decency to reply and apologize!!

The company is a waste of space! (rant over lol :o )
  • missing points - ha!
I had (have?) 59375 points in my account, all ready to get myself an HMV voucher, and I find that somehow 50000 points have disappeared, being used on Ipoints.

I don't even have an Ipoints account.

I've mailed them, and hopefully I'll get the points back. I don't know how that happened, but I don't like it.

Thats interesting coz the iPoints convert option is broken at the moment due to iPoints' site reveamp.
