for thos of you who still use this site i would advise keeping copies of the email that you get sent by them for the surveys that you sucessfully complete.
i have noticed that
1) they dont apply the points even after 4 weeks after the surevey has closed
2) they dont apply the correct amount of points to your account - for instance a survey os 1800 points but instead only 500 is applied
i know alot of people got fed up with the delays in the vouchers but they have now got sainsburys vouchers - although i applied for some and they never turned up -

I'll second you on that. I signed up with them, and 2 weeks later, unsubscribed. What a load of rubbish. The webpage took ages to load up each time, and it just seemed absolutely pointless. I suggest people stick with Valued Opinions and such like that are more reliable.0

I FINALLY got to 60000 points by doing surveys (and I'm sure some aren't always credited). I cashed in the points for a £12 HMV E-voucher, which is going to take up to 4 weeks for delivery! Surely an e-voucher should be done within a week.
I say to anyone thinking about signing up, don't bother. This site is hopeless, I wouldn't bother with it.0 -
I have had to contact Toluna 4 times in the past 8 months regarding points not being added to my account, I had kept the survey invites to prove that I had received and completed them but I have decided not to continue any more as it gets to much hassle for the stingy points awarded.0

I keep thinking they're going to go out of business, but every month, they're still there. I guess they just have an 'individual' approach to their work...0

I do their surveys because they're something-for-nothing... however I've never had to wait for too long for the vouchers... but this time takes the p*ss as I've been waiting since the end of November. :mad:0

Been a member for ages and it seems to be taking me forever to get enough points for anything. Have decided to quit it after i get my first voucher, seems a lot of work for not much back!:j0

I'm waiting for the points from around 8 surveys to be credited. I had written about a couple of earliest and they have replied saying the surveys lasted longer than usual and points would be awarded within next 4 weeks. I think one is from late November.
I usually swap points at 50 000 for ipoints which is instantly done.0 -

Agreed, taken me an absolute age to get to 60,000 points and it has been over a month since I ordered my e voucher.
Number of surveys that I get half way through and then not qualify for is unbeleiveable.
Also by far the least user friendly surveys to complete with lots of manual entry.
May take my voucher (if it ever turns up ) and run!0 -

Okay, I don't like the number of surveys that you get half way through only to be thrown out, the length of time it takes to get to 60,000 points or the fact that they upped the number of points needed for a voucher a couple of months after I joined.
But, speak as you find. I did get my HMV e-voucher in 7-10 days, and that was in December when you might it expect it to take a lot longer.
And I got my invitation to Consumer Pulse through Toluna, which I'm doing very nicely from, thank you. So annoying though Toluna is, it's not all bad!0
