I think they probably will disregard the previous receipt as offers change all the time as we well know! But it may work...let us know if it does.
Yes my receipt is soley for bags and I managed to dig it out!
The 100 points med voucher was back in the machine for me today on my main card but not on my daughters cards. Not a lot of use anyway because my store still has no bags or face mask.
My card was supposed to be cancelled during the week whilst another one was sent for but still seems to be OK in the machine. No sign either of the extra 250 points

There were vouchers today for me...Yipee. Bought the 22 bags that were available, did them all in seperate transactions, the assistant scanned the vouchers so I thought great. I have just checked my receipts and none of the 100 points have shown up. I'm so !!!!!! off. Does anyone know of a number I can call to complain, I mean I didn't do anything wrong so I should have gotten all the points right ?0

I emailed them a week ago when I used a botanics voucher and then realised when I got home that the discount hadn't been taken off, even though the checkout operator said it had.
I didn't get a reply by email I got a letter of apology and a £7.50 Boots gift card.
I e-mailed them via the website, should I have got an e-mail address and done it that way instead?0 -

I don't think the points are going on for anything. As well as the face masks, I bought a full size body butter and a bathtime treats bag - which although reduced should have had points applied, and I got no points added automatically for anything in the Med. range.

Lifeslove...................No you won't have got the points added, because boots have cottoned on to this and have changed the voucher. it is still valid for 100 points of the meditteran range, but they now have realised that this is happening with the bags and have changed it. That is what the girl said to me boots today.
so there is no point in complaining, as who is really gonna give you £22 for a £7.04 spend.........lets be honest would you?....................just take as it was good whilst it lasted, but it has now ended................and we will just wait for the next mess up to come along.0 -
I'm convinced it's not working on ANY item in the range - see my post above.0

Even if its not working on any item in the range, if the machine is giving out the voucher then they have to add on the points afterwards right?
I want to get a couple more body butters anyway and as I was going to (grudgingly) pay £5 each, as they have now gone down to £3.33, then getting 100 points for them at the reduced price is a bit of a bargain I think.
If the 100 points are back then I will make a trip to Boots tomorrow.0 -

I might have to do it again then. I didn't say that it was the bags I had brought. Oh well if it doesn't work I still have a bargin and gift bags are always useful! Just got to find the right size gifts to put in them ha ha!! :rotfl:0
