Hi so im in a simular position, except im a driving instructor and was on lesson with a student 2xdays in a row. all letters went to my old address. This all happened on 13/10/2023 and 14/10/2023 last feb i had gladstone contact me about them (First i knew of anything) told them to do one as i wasnt the driver. next thing i have dcb legal sending me a letter so emailed them same thing…this week Claim form hits my door mat.

Make sure that your V5c log book is up to date with a current serviceable address , ditto with any lease company too

Missing paperwork is no defence, and not being the driver is no defence if the private parking company complied with the law, Pofa2012, in England and Wales

I did the defence on MCOL but reading on forum.. People have been advised to email?

That email advice was stopped over 15 months ago, in July 2025, so dont read old cases !

The only time its given this year is when people are unable to use MCOL for some reason, usually login errors
