Do it whenever you like, seeing as its a template defence that you wont be changing, but never leave it until the last minute. Please note, the following 3 characters are not allowed on MCOL " < >
Then study the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum

Did you miss that I already told you that your thread was the sixth one like it in 24 hours?
I linked you to the others for a reason… not sure what else is needed. These specific ParkingEye cases are all the same and there's no need for three pages of discussion because I showed you those threads.
See you in 2027 when the Discontinuance is emailed over.

Yes but in my case I did say I was the driver when appealing to Popla and Parkingeye, its still the same?
Also I did AOS but where do I do the defence? On the same website..?
As said I am not the brightest so takes times for me to understand things fully, I appreciate all you'll help.

If you read the other 5 threads you will see the defence is already written and it has nothing to do with who was or wasn't driving.
The Template Defence thread gives you the bespoke defence for ParkingEye claims.
The 8 steps tell you how to submit it.

I will be doing this hopefully next week bit I've just received another one!! So now it's £170 x2, surely I should have paid as they got two different charges against me :(
I am worried, one I was happy but two is worrying me
Thanks for the help once again.

If they are the same private parking company etc, then estoppel should apply, one claim form for all pcns, not multiple claims

"
surely I should have paid as they got two different charges against me"Why do you think two scam claims make their position stronger?! It makes it weaker.
Search the forum for:
Henderson estoppel
You will see what to put as your para 3.

Because the payment has gone above £400 and if you don't pay that then I am owning them that much so I would think they would feel they have a chance as two cases againat me.
I've already done one AOS for one ticket, do I do another AOS for other, I am confused as to how I can do it together?
