You will see what to put as your para 3.

You must do them both separately.

They are not more likely to proceed. They are not even aware they have two cases against you because each claim is just a file number to them. They will end up discontinuing both before any hearing.

No. I explained, you search now to get the wording to add to your defence para 3.

And then for both do Henderson estoppel?

Sorry I meant email them for letter of claim first, wait for the court papers fill AOS and then search.
