Shoild I explain what happened, I might as well do.

So I had three parking charges to one I paid as I felt I had no reason to fight but the other two, I was in the gym for less than 2 hrs as they state you can't stay for more than 2 hrs and other was I stayed for 2 hr 10 min, I was in my car and it wouldn't Start as it was cold, these two were genuinely nothing I did wrong, I was in the gym and only thing I forgot was to put my car reg but my gym app showed the time I was in the gym and when I left I gave all the evidence but they didn't take any on board.

Of course…as expected. You wanted this Claim Form. Exactly as planned.

Sixth ParkingEye claim I've commented on in 2 days. All the exact same:

No different advice needed for any of you with these easy claims and we don't need to check your defence para 3, because it is written for you already. Sooo easy!

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So, Parking Eye via DCB Legal, issue date 29th September 2026

No breach pleaded, so complete the AOS online stage first, over the weekend, then use the 10 paragraph Chan and Akande template defence

Its copied and pasted into the defence box on MCOL, when ready, so follow the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum, 5th down from the top of the forum

Definitely No filling in forms, no paperwork, no post, no emails, just MCOL via your government gateway account

With an issue date of 29/09/26 and providing you complete(d) the AoS before or on 18/10/26 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 02/11/26. As @Gr1pr writes, use the Chan & Akande defence template.

Your claim form password is on the lower right hand side of the N1SDT claim form, just above the boxes, which you redacted in blue in your image back on page 1, in the same place as the one in the red circle in the example I posted earlier so its at number 4 in the new improved picture below

Use the 10 paragraph Chan and Akande defence template, using the template defence and adding the Chan and Akande defence paragraph as paragraph 3 ( making sure that you do not include the " at the end of paragraph 3 )

No need to compose anything, nothing to do with your needs, just a template
