I now know what got it cancelled. The GP were useless. I emailed them and they never got back until I gave them a call. I spoke to the reception and she told me they do not have details of patients who are not registered at the GP. Therefore, I need to contact Dermatologist. Funny enough I received a reply to the email from them not long after. I have attached their reply. (If this is not allowed please let me know).

I got a call from PALS from the agent who told me to contact Greater Manchester Integrated care partnership. She said the Parking charge has been cancelled. She said although GMICP were the one's to contact. She still raised the issue with their parking at the hospital and they cancelled it.

Hi. It was PALS who got it cancelled. The GP advised me to contact Dermatology. Please see my reply to Coupon-Mad and I have attached the email on there from the GP. Thank you so much for all the help and information. It is appreciated so much!

Ah part of the old Crumpsall Hospital site which is being rebuilt next year to build brand new North Manchester Hospital so I guess the Manchester University Trust own the car park and it is their PALS team that have intervened. Surgery letter is interesting. Anyway glad it is sorted.

That's a (pardon my language) crap page - whomever designed that page needs their P45 stat.

Both of those buttons are active even for an invoice that has been cancelled, atrocious site design.

But it wouldn't surprise me if the PPC hired their web devs from Fiverr.com for about 50p a day.
