Spending with NatWest Rewards Partner

Had an offer come up that I want to use (7% at a retailer I use quite often.) Is my Debit Card automatically enrolled and ready to earn rewards? Can't see my debit card number in my Rewards area anywhere, which instead shows the last three digits of my current account number and the last three digits of the Digital Regular Saver that my rewards are paid into.

I can see my debit card in my RBS app. Access My Rewards, Settings (person icon), Linked Cards and Accounts

I did get an in app notification this week about checking my address as they would be sending a new card as mine is due to expire, but I don’t have the Linked Credit Cards/Debit Cards section they mention at all. Now I think about it it might be because the current account was originally the standard one maybe, with the upcoming replacement being the first one to be issued since the upgrade to Reward.

Did you have to do anything to add your card? Doubt that phone number is open on a Sunday.

I believe any debit or credit cards are automatically enrolled. As long as they are all showing in your internet banking they should be fine.

I've certainly never added my NatWest cards to the rewards, and I receive rewards regardless of whether I use my debit or either of my two credit cards

I did have a couple of months ago rewards not turning up in my RBS (which uses exactly the same system as NatWest), and I messaged them and they added an adjustment without quibble. Only for a week later the rewards to turn up - so I got double bubble!

But it can take a good few days for the rewards to show as pending

@Kim_13 my Rewards settings screen looks different to yours above, there is a section before Linked reward accounts with Mastercard icons and last 4 digits for my credit and debit card. I think you're right to check with them.
