Time sensitive appeal - please help

Appeal rejected as expected but offered to settle at £20. Do you think this is because they know most appeals are successful?

Will wait for response from the Workman LLP senior associate - said they'd liaise with Group Nexus.

No they do this because it's in the Code of Practice. You'd lose at POPLA because they only look at "did the driver put in their VRM and were there some signs up?"

So forget POPLA but obviously you've now sent the email Homebargains told you to quickly send, as anyone would? Surely you have cracked on with the below?

Home Bargains customer service at head office. They advised to appeal then if rejected to contact again as they couldn't try to help until after appeal prices. 

Advised to then email support@homebargains.co.uk with all relevant appeal docs and receipts etc.

Obviously attaching receipts and a copy of that reply, and saying you don't see why you should be paying anyone £20. It leaves a very bad taste in the mouth and you feel like boycotting the store.

I was going to but then skipped that because the site management said they'd liaise.

Just noticed something in the rejection letter - seems to be using a template again

"the vehicle would have been permitted...but the driver failed to enter their registration into a terminal/device"

There is no such facility at that car park. It's pay by app or phone call once the free period is up

Don't skip the cancellation Homebargains pretty much promised. They even gave you the email and what to attach!
