Sorry for the delay, I am still offshore. Poor picture but my friend has kindly(?) sent me this.

There is no point sending the entrance photo they have taken, as it is basically a picture of the road...

Well for a start that sign and the machine both state pay on arrival that's a nice little scam to get you to go over the time you pay for on arrival.

However the NTK clearly states "This car park is a pay on exit car park", it cannot possibly be both.

No, It definitely doesn't state that anywhere so I haven't made that mistake.

I think it is worth the POPLA appeal rather than giving in and paying the £60.
