Hi, Im back in this week. I stopped flying from the list on Friday and did some decluttering in the spare room. Ive still got all my dads stuff from when the house was sold, and have to split it and give some to my brother, so his needed some serious sorting. Still I have sorted a large portion of it, and hopefully will finish it this week to drop off at the weekend. Then, like others I need to get back into ebay, and amazon marketplace in a big way.

Passports - mine and DH are absolutely fine, but DS will need one soon - it runs out at the end of the summer, and we are going to America again this year - and it has to still have 6 months on it - so he will need one before we go. So thank you flyladies, you have saved me a problem. On list for Tuesday when MIL and I set off for my weekly torture session (Can you tell I have had her over for the day!!!)

Oh, and CONGRATS TO AUNTIE SOLWAY

    Good evening all!
I am defianatly back this week, I'm back home and I've still got a week off from work so perfect time to get back into the swing of things.

Tomorrow (or is it today now?) I am going to buy some plaster mix & finally repair the kitchen wall which doggy damaged when she was a puppy (shes getting on for 3 now :o) Then I need to paint the kitchen, Landlord has supplied the paint, and I'm borrowing a tray & roller from a friend, so that's cut the cost down.

I also need to take down the last of the decs, and give the understairs cupboard a once over while I'm in there.
And I need to ring the council, some thieving so-and-so has pinched my bin while I was away! *insert bemused smilie* So I need a new one.

    So...tomorrow/today...

Manic Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room
    Level One
    Clean floors in these rooms
    Level Two
    Clear and clean kitchen surfaces
    Clean cupboard door fronts
Sort fridge bringing what needs using soon to the front
Wipe dining table, polish if required (clean table cloth if necessary)
    Level Three
Dust any extra furniture in dining room, checking for cobwebs on way round
    Clean fronts of appliances
Wash the washer drawer out if it's gunky
    Extra Mission:
    Choose one or more of:
    • Clean inside of fridge
    • Clean a window or 2 in these rooms
    • Clean OVEN yes I know you all hate that one wonder how many choose it
    • Clean tops of kitchen cupboards and high places (if safe to do so-if you're pregnant delegate the job to someone else!!!)
    • Check the fridge contents, anything that has gone fuzzy? Anything you can use in this weeks meal plan? Anything leaking that needs wiping? ~ It's empty! Need a trip to Asda!
    Daily Tasks:
    Dishes
    Brush dog
    Walkies
    Clean yard

    To do list:
    Wash and vacuum car.
Sort out the pile of junk ~ Bin/Sell or Charity shop.
Get some plaster mix & fix hole in the kitchen wall (made by poochie!)
    Fix hinges on bathroom cabinet.
    Clean fish tank.
Take last of the decs down.
    Ring council re: nicked bin.
    Paint kitchen.

raphael.. they council will want you to pay for a new bin probably.. just get out early and nick someone elses!!! Or better still check for your own! .. Mind you I knew someone who came into work ranting and raving about someone stealing her bin.. turned out it had fallen in the lorry while being emptied so the council replaced it for free!!!

Bed time in here now.. with the lingering headache.. I MUST find some better painkillers, though I don't know if I can afford a trip to the GP.. I cannot function with headache.. and the panto lights seem to have kicked it off again... thankfully I'm not being sick again.. I hate that..

DD3 has dentist tomorrow.. but finally the TD is being fixed.. again.. the 4th time in 2 months!! Hopefully it will work this time round!

sleep sweetly all.. see you in the mooning!!

Gah!! Thanks Pigpen, I did think of nicking someone elses. I had stickers on mine, but my friend (who was looking after poochie while I was away) noticed the stickers lying on the pavement. I think while I've got the paint out this week I will paint my number on.!

    Morning ladies,

I'd almost forgotten this time of morning existed. Hey ho. But I must go to work to earn some money to pay the mortgage. But, I've already taken the dried washing off the airer in the kitchen and replaced it with another load to dry during the day. Have also rinsed beansprouts which are growing nicely.

Just checked ebay and one of my items will definitely sell already :) must remember to get some packaging in the week - perhaps I'll pop into to Staples on the way home. Just hope the traffic's not too awful this morning.

I'll probably pop in and out during the day from work (if it's not too frantic and the big boss doesn't keep popping in!). But, must go and make my sandwiches and hit the road.

Morning ladies kids moaning about going to school. Packups all done so I'm going in the shower so I don't have to hear them - oh one is leaving now.

Soappie good news on your ebay item.

Thanks lil_me, you are the voice of reason! Well I managed to get up at 7 cos I put my phone on the other side of the room! Thought I'd use my regular alarm clock as an emergency back up, which went off when I was downstairs doing kids' lunches! We need a new clock actually, for hubby's 'across the room' alarm, maybe I'll get one with 2 alarms or get a wind-up. The old one goes off really quietly lately for some reason!
You are right about the ebay stuff, I'll set myself a small target like you say. It's currently in several boxes, there's one (and a bag of new kid's clothes that don't fit) in a cupboard in the bathroom, and then several boxes in the bedroom but it's hard to see where cos there are several boxes of hubby's comics and toys that he wants to keep. What a mammoth task! But once I tidy up I'll be able to see better and with the listing project ahead hopefully the ebay stuff will be out of my hair soon.
Right - putting that laundry away! I'll do it after breakfast and will be thinking of you lil_me and Dustykitten doing the same!

pigpen I read that as 'lingerie headache' - must be the bedtime link I made in my mind lol!

Oo huge rows here this morning, kids firing off at eachother, me caught in the crossfire ended up shouting that I'll be glad that they are at school cos I feel so stressed out now thanks to their behaviour :( bloody kids, who'd have'em? I told them they are acting like something off Eastenders, which we never watch - but that's the impression I get when someone is yelling whenever I flick through the channels! Son at least will be full of hugs before he leaves in five mins. Daughter will probably sulk all the way to school and leave him trailing behind.
Oh well, think happy thoughts! With luck after my bath I'll be ready to crack on in chunks with the rest of you lovely ladies.:T

    Morning Everyone

Feeling quite organised this morning - though as it's only 8.15am things can change!:D

I'm in this week and thought I'd come on, print the list then switch the computer off or I would be tempted to sit here till I go to work at 11.30am. Unfortunately the printer has other ideas and has run out of ink.......

So, I'm printing my list here and trusting myself to be good ;)

This is what has been done so far:
    • Littlies are up, dressed, fed and ready for school and playschool
    • the WM is on
    • the DW has been emptied and started to refill
    • have sorted what ebay stuff needs posting this morning
    • also posting the littlies christmas thank you cards
And when I get back from the school/post run I need to do Lil-me's list (thank you lil_me)

Congrats Auntie Solway - Isaac is lovely name, one of my favourites but I couldn't persuade OH to use it for our ds.
Dusty - my passport is ok - we all had new or renewed ones last year - it cost about £200 for all of us and my mum paid as a christmas pressie.

    Catch you later

    Morning

Congrats Aunty Solway  Isaac's a lovely name! x

Just got time to post my list before I head into town (I like to be there early) made the beds, opened windows to air, quick tidy whilst I was there, littleys at school and I'll do this list when I get back.

No passports in this house (littley has one but MIL keeps that seeing as she goes abroad with her) - furthest the rest of us have been is the Orkney Islands lol not big travellers here....
