She asked if I have done any cleaning today at all inbetween all my moaning!

Uhm... I cleaned myself and changed 3 nappies, does that count as cleaning?

    Phew, ironing done :D

Just having a well deserved vodka & coke before starting on the second coat in the kitchen.
Will need to have dinner sometime tonight too  jacket spud & tuna mayo I think. I can leave it cooking while I splash blue all over myself!

Sorry to get back to flying ladies (+ gents) but as a newbie I HAVE to post on here-- it's my incentive to make sure I get things done!!!!!!

Wonderful Wednesdays - Master Bedroom & Landing

    Level 1

    Check fire alarms are working
    [STRIKE]Remove and wash bed linen.[/STRIKE]
    Level 2
    [STRIKE]Dust surfaces & make sure no cobwebs..[/STRIKE]
Vacuum mattress before replacing with fresh linen, [STRIKE]air the bed if possible [/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]15 minutes floordrobe clearance [/STRIKE]
    Level 3
[STRIKE]Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing
    [/STRIKE]
Sort one area of clothes or linen storage making sure only what should be in there is, anything that's had it's day or doesn't belong there is removed
    [STRIKE]Clear a hotspot., or spend 15 minutes clearing one.[/STRIKE]
Extra tasks list, as usual choose one or more
    • 27 fling boogie time, time for that midweek fling, go on grab a bag and clear that clutter
    • Clean windows in these rooms
    • Check the airing cupboard, anything that is way past it's use by (maybe recycle for rags if possible, you could donate old sheets oor towels to a local animal rescue for bedding)
    • [STRIKE]Clean tops of wardrobes and drawers [/STRIKE](if safe to do so, no pregnant flyladies on ladders please delegate the job instead)
    • Check through undies drawers, anything more holy than the church which needs to go/be repaired? Anyone need anything replacing?
    Also:
Washing / drying / spot of ironing

Made 2 batches of Annabel Karmel meals for dd (7 months)
Got dad to put together new computer desk and dh to put together new chair. Great delegation!

Woo hoo- pat on the back for me!

rosh12 those lot are just a bad influence, trying to divert from flying, shocking! Well done :)

raphael, rather you than me drinking and decorating, that's dangerous IMO!

Why when you say to a man how to do something is it wrong, then 2 minutes later they've had an idea which is great and it's what you just suggested? Grrr and double grrr!!!

We're working our way round the conservatory drying carpet, seems the condensation has got so bad it's soaked it, hence the fuzzy stuff, so one end is up with a heater pointing at it now trying to dry it out. Whole house honks of disinfectant which we've cleaned it with. Going to take a few days to finish the room properly I think, I want the leather sofas in there cleaning properly so considering a proffesional clean as my friend had hers done and it looks great, we've had it 4 years ish and it's never been done properly, downside is she's lost the phone number for the company so I need to find somewhere to do it.

Boys will be in bed soon hopefully, they're quiet at the mo so that's fine, then will make our teas. Servicing my Mam's car tomorrow so won't get much done then, might do the PC & desk downstairs now, do the ones in the boys rooms when I do their rooms to lighten the load for tomorrow.
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200

I'm worse! I don't say half the stuff I think because I'm trying to be family friendly!

And the only reason I don't have as many children as Pigpen is because pregnancy kills me (almost literally). :rotfl:
