Duck well and truly stirred and fried and gobbled (or should that be quacked?) up. Stew prepared and in slow cooker so I just need to take it out of the fridge in the morning and put it on before I go to work.

Washing up done, dried AND put away (stone me!)
Washing put in machine earlier now on the airer drying in the kitchen overnight.
ALL bins, anywhere, emptied and the contents put outside ready for the bin men in the morning (they are my alarm on a Tuesday - they usually come just after 6am)

LJD - please don't feel under pressure from me! At the end of the day, if I need to buy a new one, I need to buy a new one, but it would be nice to salvage if I can (hence the possibility of taking it to work with me!)

    And so to bed ....

.... have a good night ladies.

I'm turning in too, don't stay up too late or you'll be cross in the morning. Apparently.
Glad the pup's ok Tia, might take him a day or so to notice there's less to wash!

    Evening my loverlies!! :j

All is well here in the heart of Devon. My children are sleeping and I'm being very selective about where my eyes land to rest (if I squint, I can't see the mess!). DH is also abed as of ten minutes ago and I've just caught up with all of your posts. Glad to see that most people had a lovely day. :D

We have a few items on ebay, but not the big bits yet, still have to arrange delivery (which company would be willing to deliver a folded down baby hammock? It weighs about 20kg and is 1.5m long when folded).

The house is still a mess and I now have the exciting new edition of a very weird smell in the hallway - somewhere between the smell of old shoe and cat poo? Of course, it's perfectly possible that the cat did in fact poo in one of the old shoes, I'm just not itching to be the one who finds out.

Managed a desultory S&S of kitchen today, but that is literally ALL :o . Took wee girl to baby clinic to get weighed/have her eye checked/have coffee with the girls etc, so nothing else done. DH took me up to clinic at 1.30 and when I got home at 4.30, he and the little boy were waiting for me on the balcony. Guess who forgot not only his keys, but also his mobile? It turned out to be a fabulous adventure for Owen though, he told me with great excitement that he hadn't been able to "hold" any longer, so daddy let him pee off the balcony! Even DH was impressed, he said that it arced further than you'd think and that Owen giggled his way through the entire experience  . It's NOT the sort of thing that I'd let them do, so of course it was fabulously good fun. :D

I really will be back on board full time tomorrow...hang on, just remembered am supposed to be meeting a mate for coffee in the morning. Still, if I invite her over here instead, I will be forced to clear the sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and hallway by the time she arrives. Crisis cleaning here we come! Sounds like a good plan.

See you all soon, take care and fly high x

The week starts Sunday rather then Monday? Ok well Sunday I sorted the boys room out and my room, just hoovered as i had cleared it all days before. The boys room was the worst, i can't believe how quick they mess it up. Have to keep the upstairs hallway clear as we have our new foster dog, she tends to pick things up...ha ha means the boys have to keep the floors clear free from their toys etc if they don't want them chewed :D

I've nearly caught up on the washing as the last bit was done today before i go back to work tomorrow.

Not much to do tomorrow so i'm hoping for a free weekend as the kids are with their dad, bliss, a whole weekend to myself :D
