I'm back in for a proper week now all back to normal after Christmas:j Not achieved much today in way of flying, only Vax'ed carpets because big dog threw up - lovely. So tomorrow for me is

Manic Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room
    Level One
    Clean floors in these rooms
    Level Two
    Clear and clean kitchen surfaces
    Clean cupboard door fronts
    [strike]
Sort fridge bringing what needs using soon to the front
[/strike]Wipe dining table, polish if required (clean table cloth if necessary)
    Level Three
Dust any extra furniture in dining room, checking for cobwebs on way round
    Clean fronts of appliances
    [strike]
Wash the washer drawer out if it's gunky
    [/strike]Extra Mission:
    Choose one or more of:
    • Clean inside of fridge
    • Check the fridge contents, anything that has gone fuzzy? Anything you can use in this weeks meal plan? Anything leaking that needs wiping?
    • PLUS Chase Boots for refund
    • Toddlers
    • Top up Shopping
    • Start planting front garden
    • Buy sympathy cards and write and post (one for L, one for J)
LikkleGibbon - thanks for asking about DS, hes fine thanks! Its almost healed amazingly, that glue stuff hospitals use it fab. So sorry to hear about your Dad, hugs xx

    Baby on board!:D
  • Have had very poorly DS all weekend, and he's going to miss his first day back at school tomorrow at least. He's getting better but still has no oomph at all, and is a fetching shade of white with pink edges!

So instead of heading out to work I'll be home tomorrow and maybe Tuesday - so as well as nursemaid duties I intend to have a concentrated fly around some of those things I struggle to fit in around my job. DS can colour or whatever on the table whilst I
    • Hoover well all through.
    • Steamclean at least one room (prob lounge)
    • Catch up on charity treasury stuff (one quarter behind on records - gulp!)
    • Phone and sort out my tax ref no, and apply to file online
    • Start to get my accounts done to do my tax return
    • Finalise DH's return and submit (done it today but have learnt the hard way to leave for 24 hours and review before sending!)
    • Try on sale stuff from Debenhams and Marks - sort out any that need returning.
    • Sort out underwear for posh do dress (forgot to take dress with me to buy underwear)
    • Letter for DH's PAYE save stuff
    • Phone credit card details to hotel (for reservation)
    • File financial stuff on desk
    • Sort out washing machine warranty
    • Sort out school stuff for Tuesday (fingers crossed)
    That'll do for now

    Moam

Eurgh, count me in. Starting to feel really yucky, but i'd rather be ill in a clean house:D Think the loss of voice was a warning that i was getting ill, trying to concentrate on my assignment and getting nowhere:mad:Anyone fancy a cuppa and some chocolate :coffee:

    Taurusgb - you've reminded me that I need to get a new passport. We're not going away till August but I really, really need to put things in motion now or i'll forget. One of my jobs tomorrow is to get a passport form. So, tomorrow;

    1) level 3
    2) business banking
    3) children's banking
    4) 3 x christmas presents (book tokens)
    5) pick up passport form
    6) clean windows in kitchen and dining room.

I was going to sack the window cleaner this week, then I realised if I just cleaned the inside of the windows they would actually look clean!

I really didn't want the children to go back to school until today. I should be pleased that today is the first day they drove each other mad but i'm so not used to them arguing I wanted to kill them! Little dears xx

:D Nice to see some new faces, aswell as the old ones of course.
I'm definately in and tomorrow being the first day back at school :j will be 'trying to get the house back to normal' day, well the first day of it as it might take a while  the Christmas bag is in the dining room waiting to be found a home and this will be the first job, maybe try DPs theory that it'll fit in the loft (I don't think it will :p )

Car is half filled to go to the tip, yak, it stinks, so will air it out after the tip runs are done. Need to try to squeeze the tree in aswell, then we'll need to do another trip after that with cardboard and more rubbish! I hate the council for not emptying my bin

I need to get the conservatory checked over completely, pull all the furniture out (desk, 2 sofas, filing cabinet, 3 book cases...lots !) Will have to vax the carpet and make sure no more icky mould anywhere. Oh and while the vax is out clean up where my mother dearest must have stomped in mud then all over the cream carpet in the hall!!!!!

Then I'll crack on with the kitchen and dining room.......:( Hmmm there is a thought, I could start the oven etc off while I am working on the conservatory......I think I need to write myself a list tonight.

I'm looking forward to the boys being back to school, they need it because they are sick of the sight of each other now and starting to get very violent with each other, I'm just not looking forward to the morning mad dash!

Time to get the uniforms out ready for in the morning and clean DS2s school shoes which he wore instead of his wellies today and got them covered in mud
One day I might be more organised...........
