Not received mine either.

I suspect it was deemed obvious junk by my domain's email provider and discarded before it even reached my email - and I have my spam filers set to off on the the email used for financial groups - precisely to avoid this issue.

Got mine on 6 Aug. Spent by 7th Aug 😆

It came from simplythankyou. I had previously messaged YBS on the day I downloaded and set up the app and had a reply the next day to say wait until 6th Aug, if that helps.
