Ive opened a joint account. Now have to wait for my customer number to arrive in the post to meet the online access requirement. Then I will be able to sort out the App.

They didnt/ haven't asked for anything from us. We are only applying for the account in order to get a couple of £10 bonuses so any request from them that we consider to be hassle would mean we won't bother to proceed.
