    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £211,813
    - OPs to mortgage = £19,809 Estd. interest saved = £10,180 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 59 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 15th August. 
    Produce tracker: £200 of £400 in 2026

    I can understand that being frustrating and it does create a little bit of friction for me to check what my score month to date is, but the accountability and support here is way more important 😉😊

    @KajiKita well the good news is they wouldn't be investigating the pic issue unless they thought it had definitely gone wrong (it was a side effect of the latest update), so hopefully they will be fixing it and we can go back to the table format. x

    NSD for me today

    Our 40rh wedding anniversary. DS made us a tasty barbeque with lamb chops, t bone steak and meaty sausages whole DIL made up the salads and vegetables ably helped by F who is 5 yrs old. So no spending today.

    Just counted back and I think I might have just reached target! I.jope so because I won't get one tomorrow. It's DHs 70th birthday and I am paying for family dinner. 🤔
