    But all if this, including that letter from the solicitor, in in the 8 steps - we provide that simple list so that you (and all new posters) do have a clue.

    The reason you feel panicked is because you only used the resource to bung in the defence (steps 1 and 2) and it looks like you then thought that was it, and didn't re-read or bookmark the rest of the Template Defence thread.

    There are 8 steps there.

    You should be confidently laughing and expecting it all. We give you the tools to understand how easy this is.

    Re-read the 8 steps. You won't regret the ten minutes it takes.

    one more question, in regards to the N180 form, what should I put in the name of court? Should I search for the nearest tribunal court to me and put the name in the field ? Thanks
