I rarely post here but I have to intervene to correct the previous advice. There is no point in filing an AOS for which the deadline has long ago expired. A defence must be filed today. Don’t wait for tomorrow.

Corrected my post with the right dates; from your status page it looks like the claimant has not requested the default judgment so, as advised by @troublemaker22 get your defence in today using the template defence.

I fully agree with troublemaker22, I was just covering both bases, but most definitely the defence should have been completed online ASAP last night ( I wasn’t sure if both needed to be completed in the correct order )

hello guys, I have not received any response from you regarding the PCN or court claim , I have posted screen shots of the claim on my gateway account, I feel like these posts have not reached you!!

What are you taking about? You have received multiple responses telling you to file the template defence immediately before the weekend was out. It’s now Tuesday and may already be too late. Do it now if you haven’t already done it

You should not be waiting for email notifications, in fact if you haven't got them set right in your profile you won't get any, you should have been checking this thread a number of times daily, you had the help and have probably blown it!

You even seem to have missed @Coupon-mad advice straight above YOUR last post!

hi guys, I have filled the defence statement, could you now please help me draft and appeal to the PCN I have posted here at the beginning of this thread, I have received another PCN while I am parked at the same spot again the footage they have online doesn’t show the blue badge just like the other PCN, I need your advise how to fight back these two PCN and avoid court claims. Please start a new thread about a new pcn, leaving this thread as the court claim, otherwise it will get very confusing

And whilst you have ongoing cases, check your threads regularly for replies
