TUI do hotels that offer single rooms - best to contact a store for details.

Lots of interesting walks in Madeira.

Tui Blu hotel Falésia in the Algarve is adult only and has all of the above. It was beautiful.
Can also recommend adult only Aluasoul Carolina in Majorca right on the beach
I really love Malta but have no recommendations for all inclusive hotels there.
Hotel Fariones in Puerto Del Carmen in Lanzarote is beautifully situated on the beach and perfect for reading and eating with a view. Pricey

tui's prices are usually ok for single people and they do some good late deals. I travel as a single woman. Croatia is my favourite place in the world right now. I also like Lisbon.
I also look at last lastminute and expedia. Im a wimp so I always travel on a package. Although I'm planning some short city breaks and will probably get the flight and hotel separately. My advice is to plan ahead on how to get from the airport to where you're staying.

What about considering SAGA holidays - they are familiar with single travellers.

Far too young for a Saga holiday, they wouldn't accept a booking and the one time we accidentally booked into a hotel with Saga guests, we called them the sagalouts, never again!

Minimum age for SAGA is 50 - unless you are over 40 and travelling with a companion(s) 50+

KN Arenas del Mar in Tenerife is adults only and very nice. I go solo with TUI for winter sun.

Is All Inclusive a "must have" - otherwise I can recommend an excellent Adult Only in Spain.

Please do recommend to be honest I can do one meal a day and don't drink much so all Inc isn't essential
