- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £214,281
- OPs to mortgage = £18,925 Estd. interest saved = £9,670 to date
c. 16 months reduction in term
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

I have started a pot which I will put all my "extra" cash in such as cash back, Vinted money etc. I have £106 in so far and another £100 on the way which I got for a delayed flight. This is going to go towards treats for the family, I am hoping to get enough for a night away around Christmas!
