Phew! Finally another NSD for me today. Since I have added DHs nios to the shop It is definitely harder! However I have spent less on grocery's so far as I am realizing how often he does it and adding things to his list which is saving on big shops. Maybe this is the way to go?

WOW! Last time I bought a Starbucks was in December 25 when a hospital appointment turned into an almost overnight stay. A Caffe Latte Grande was £2.90, so that's a price increase of over 103%. That's shocking! 😯😮😱

my 2nd cold turkey week has been much harder than the first. The next one will be w/c 6 July. Doing it the week upto pay day Friday. I got paid today and had £130 left in a/c - which is going into savings. It was normal to be ODrawn
Being on cold turkey over pay weekend is also stopping me buying any treats i can ill afford as well. Not even a takeaway, which was the norm for years
