Just a thought based on the current power draw - how many freezers do your parents have?

You seem to have two circuits marked "water heater", one on the main unit and one on the unit marked "storage heaters". Perhaps your cylinder has two immersion heaters, one that used to be on the "night" circuit and a boost heater on the main (/day) circuit. How hot is your hot water?

However, that doesn't help us much in understanding how you have already used 17kWh today (in 16 hours), 730kWh this month (32 a day) or 5303 this year (47kWh a day, on average).

Well they have 5-6 electric radiators running 6-8am, if each is 2kW and mornings are quite cold (no heating since 21 the day before) that would add up to 12kWh + heating water takes a big chunk, so thats reasonable. You can see 377W being used at 3pm, yes a lot but negligible in this case.

    My suggestions:

    1. check meter at 6am the total daily consumption and at 8:30am
    2. same for evening heating 17 and 21:30

Or if you have daily usage charts available somehwersomewhere?

I think UW E7 like tarrif comes with cheap rate between 0-5am and that's why night usage hasn't changed.

My bet is your previous meter was faulty - the kWh difference between July and Jan is 200kWh - thats 6kWh a day - extremely unlikely to heat the entire house using so little. My normal day used to be 30-40kWh extra per day.

MVHR systems often have a pre-heater of maybe 1 kW to prevent condensation in the exhaust duct when the outside air is very cold, which may account for the breaker rating. Normally they should draw a few 10s of watts.
