I sent the email to DCBL on 25/5/26 quoting i am seeking debt advice, & require the 30 day hold. Now i'm home i have checked my emails/tel calls/mail(post) & have Not heard anything from anyone. My understanding was about the end of June i would receive a claim form, & have 19 days in which to respond ie defence.

As i have Not received a claim form, does this mean they have decided not to continue ?

If i'm wrong please advise me what is my next step. Many thanks 😇

Thanks for advice, regarding the 19 days to defend claim, that date will only begin once i receive the claim pack ?

Daft question, but i have not requested a claim pack from anyone, thinking they would automatically send it to me.

If that is correct, at least i can relax for a few days 🤭

Nope, its 19 days from the issue date, UNLESS you complete the AOS promptly to extend it by a further 14 days to 33 days from the issue date

A claim form is not automatic. They have to pay £35 and request one.

They churn out at least a thousand a week on behalf of at least 20 parking parasite companies. You may get one or you may not.

Just an update for those following my PCN progress. Basically i have NOT received any claim form up to date. Please tell me that as the deadlines have passed, am i now in the clear ?

The Statute is 6 years from the incident date , so if the incident date was June 2023 then you are in the clear from july 2029
