I ordered one last night and the codes worked fine, but had an email from Debenhams a couple of hours later saying the order had been cancelled - very disappointing. I had tried to order the day before but it would not let me put the item in basket, so I thought they must have had some more stock in as it went in OK last night.

I've just checked my bank statement and Debenhams have taken £135 for the Dyson - surely they can't just take more than was agreed without informing me? I shall ring them tomorrow to find out whats going on!

Just checked with my CC company and I have been charged £120! They seem to be making the amounts up as they go along. Does anyone have a phone number to contact them on so I can give them a load of verbal?

020 74083008 - this is for the head office customer service, i've not rung it yet, been like a crazy house this morning lol but definitely going to ring them and give them grief.

debenhams cancelled mine, so I looked around and they were going for 139 everywhere. John Lewis has one for that and there is a £20 off code knocking about so got ours for 119.

Ive just tried to order the Dyson and it wont accept the code of PFHP!!!!!!

I just rung them and after passing me around for 10 minutes they are going to refund £27 back to my card. It is strange that they have charged us different amounts but you should get the difference back when you ring. :T Can't wait to get my Dyson now! Oh god i'm actually looking forward to hoovering...:rotfl:
