Eon next power up
Eon next have invited me to sign up for their PowerUp event tomorrow from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
“Your target is to use 1% more electricity than you usually would during this time”
“If you hit your target, we’ll give you £0.20 credit for every extra kWh of electricity you use.”

I’ve had a few of these this week. The first couple were offering 25p/ kWh which was even better. 20p/ kWh is less exciting as I have night time rate of 3.2p since 1 April, so cheaper than the power up rate.

No emails for me and I'm on a similar tariff to @silvercar . I wonder how they choose who to invite?

An email invite to what exactly?

to the power up and power down events. Once you accept the invitation you get short notice invitations offering the opportunity to earn bill credits by increasing or decreasing your usage between set hours eg I had an email yesterday offering me 20p/ KWH for any extra usage above my norm between 10 and 12 this morning.
