Hi there, sorry to hear you have had a tough time, but it sounds like you have handled it well. Make sure you keep record of any subscriptions you need to cancel, the time has a nasty habit of passing quickly and then it's to late and you end up with a charge and stuff you don't want.
I hope your new job paperwork is going well, do you have a confirmed start date yet?
Your weekend sounds lovely, have a fab time. V x1 -
To add, I don't do cashback but I know some financial influencers recommend it.
Still at mums. I'm making absolutely no progress with a jumper I'm knitting. We had a lovely day out yesterday and a seafood dinner. Rabbit stew tonight. I must remember to vacuum behind the sofa before I go as she wanted that doing.
Free things I've got this week. A few beauty things I paid delivery for. Coffee I paid deliver for (suspect it won't be very nice). A bra and knickers set (suspect low quality). Perfume roll-ons that I paid delivery for. I was nearly tempted to buy a flight to Copenghagen for £29 in January or a day trip to the Knitting and Stitching Show but luckily I realised in time that no holidays means no holidays. I did get some free film tickets. More to be revealed. I have a free food delivery box to claim (yessss!). I didn't get my free gift for buying 3 Hello Fresh boxes. Consider yourselves warned. Every time I look at something I think, would I have bought it anyway and this offer is saving me money?
I have to get a rail replacement bus home on Sunday. Luckily I walked to the station so wherever they drop me off I'm fine.

Remember these things aren't really free if you're paying for delivery. Keep asking yourself each time whether you actually want them, or if you're just getting caught up in the excitement of them being "free". You don't want to fill your home with low-quality stuff you didn't really have any passion for in the first place

I'm not doing free stuff any more. It is much too difficult to cancel.

Having the nicest time watching Saturday Kitchen although it is freezing. I have bought mum a Tangle Teaser brush and hair towel as I suspect she's having trouble raising her arms to wash her hair. I also got her some Chinese pickles. We're going out for a walk later.
I checked my new rota (have somehow managed to out my work emails on my phone so I will never have a nasty surprise again 🙃). I am on lates until Christmas which is basically like dying and going to heaven for me. The others will be furious they are starting at 7 but I will only have to spend 5 hours with them before they go home so there is literally nothing they can do to me.
In other news I am not sure if I said I have started another evening class. Everyone there is so nice and I felt so welcomed.

Is this the rota for your new job or have you decided to stay where you are?

I will come back to the debt.
Me and mum are going out for lunch today. I'll have a sandwich and write a review (love a good review). I only write reviews if it's a good experience. Then we're driving to the station. Hopefully there will be a rail replacement bus in the car park, if not unsure how I'm getting home. If it says there is a rail replacement bus, there is always a rail replacement bus.
We went for a walk round the harbour this morning. It's very autumnal.

I am fine. Went volunteering this morning. I love it so much there they have to tell me to go home! I nearly bought something at the end of my shift but I didn't.
I am in a bad old mood about work which I don't want to go into. It's slightly spoiled my weekend. The job would be ok if I was paid a bit more even though I don't love it. Other than that it's just people stuff.
I'm doing a photobook course online with a lecturer from a quite well known art college. It's inspiring me to make my own photo book although I probably won't publish it. It didn't cost much. I am in love with my new camera (which did cost a lot). It is seemingly incapable of taking a bad shot. I don't know how to use the controls properly as on a normal camera but I just fiddle around and sometimes the shot comes out. I am debating photography evening class in the summer but I don't want to lose the magic.
Baked potato for dinner tonight. I better get the air fryer out.
