Need to pay for the dentist on Thursday plus pay a friend for a food processor I'm buying off her (40!). Will need to sell some wool to pay for it all.

Nice history walk this morning, some housework and not much else. I made £80 selling wool today. I'm struggling in the heat a bit. Roll on winter.

Thank you. I am selling some more although Sunday evening isn't usually such a great time to sell. I've had a nice day, writing an application for a writing award for my friend, a little bit of shopping and relaxing at home. It remains objectively too hot. I had a bit of a cry about the heat earlier but then I cheered up and made some hair oil to give away on the free app and tidied my soap making cupboard. I cooked a nice dinner and caught up on a tiny bit of work. I hope I don't get in trouble for sending an email on a Sunday. I needed to just tie up the work and let the person know I'd done it and couldn't be bothered to schedule send. I hope it's ok. I know it's not really the done thing.
I have my counselling/ coaching appointment tomorrow and I'm going to see my mum next weekend. Then I get paid the week after. Everything is good except I need to vacuum my flat. It's too hot though, as I have said 1000 times.
In other news, I found £25 that I bought a food voucher with. I have loads of food so maybe I'll save it to next payday. Yay. It's an Aldi voucher so good value.
I'm washing my bedding, the nice set goes on today. It's lovely quality material, thick real cotton I think. Something to look forward to.
I might go for a walk in a minute.

Hello itsthelittlethings, I’m new to the forum but just wanted to pop in and say that I’m very much enjoying reading your diary. Something about your ‘stream of consciousness’ style of writing feels soothing and almost therapeutic to me. Hope that doesn’t come across as strange.
Enjoy your new bedding, there’s nothing better than cozy fresh sheets.

Busy week at work. I'm at home now and relaxing. Plus I picked up some unexpected overtime tomorrow. I've been avoiding overtime as I need rest plus they tend to overload us with jobs at the weekend but i gambled it was too late for them to set me a long list of jobs and I was right. So I'll actually be able to do some things I actually need to do.
We have new people at work which is good as we need staff. Both are very good but it's tiring getting to know new people and training. I should have just stayed out the way and done an admin task I've been set! I shall do that next week.
Not much else to report as I've literally just been working all week. Not done any wild swimming for a couple of weeks. The weather is getting slightly cooler and I am hopeful for no more heatwaves. I want to do some crafts but it's just getting round to it. I might make some moisturiser bars with tonka beans I got off the free app.

Got paid, did a plan for the month. I haven't splurged too much so that is good. I've just put the TV on and The IT Crowd is on which is one of my favourite shows.
I went to London yesterday and met up with my best friend. He's been ill and in hospital but is a lot better now. He's very thin but is hopefully on the mend. We're going to Leigh on Sea next weekend so I will make him eat some chips. It was good to see him.
I've met someone about some volunteering at a museum today. It actually turned out they didn't really need anyone to do the admin I was offering but they offered to train me on the printing machines so I could help making Christmas cards. This is actually right up my street. They were so nice and put me right at ease. We will see where it goes.
I'm on lates at work next week which is a nice change. I was hoping to go and see Odysseus at the cinema but the website isn't working properly. I need to charge my bike lights now the nights are drawing in again. Maybe I'll treat myself and go to the Everyman.
Right. Gonna do a bit of cleaning and then have a bath.
